MagniSort? Mouse CD45R (B220) Positive Selection Kit 設(shè)計(jì)用于通過(guò)陽(yáng)性選擇實(shí)現(xiàn) CD45R+ 細(xì)胞的磁性分離。它經(jīng)過(guò)優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化的抗小鼠 CD45R 抗體和鏈霉素親和素包被磁珠從小鼠脾臟、骨髓或者淋巴結(jié)中分離 CD45R+ 細(xì)胞。CD45R+ 細(xì)胞會(huì)與抗體結(jié)合，隨后結(jié)合至磁珠。將其放入磁場(chǎng)中，非目標(biāo)細(xì)胞可通過(guò)傾析從 CD45R+ 細(xì)胞中分離出來(lái)。

進(jìn)行陽(yáng)性選擇后，可利用抗小鼠 CD19+ 克隆 eBio1D3 (1D3) 染色來(lái)驗(yàn)證所選細(xì)胞的純度。
